Benefits of Membership at PCBOR®
We provide a membership connection to the national and state associations as well as your local link to our local communities. We strive to create an environment of membership involvement. The association is the protectors within the political process affecting the industry and private property rights.
PCBOR® offers a variety of business tools to help you conduct your business including forms and contracts, keypad and lockbox services, a technology helpline, an in-house board store, facility meeting rental, on site computer lab, discounts and savings programs and a variety of in house educational programs.
From the new member orientation, monthly network mixers to quarterly membership meetings, we offer our members many opportunities to get out and network with their peers.
As a PCBOR® member, you can take advantage of a variety of professional development and continuing education programs designed to help you advance your career. PCBOR® offers a number of courses which provide the opportunity to earn nationally recognized real estate designations, as other specialty areas of the profession. PCBOR® maintains onsite computer labs for hands-on training classes in a variety of topics, plus training for the multiple listing service. PCBOR® is a satellite location for the North Central Jersey School of Business at the disposal of its members as well as numerous free educational programs for our members.

Lobbying and Government Affairs
PCBOR®, in cooperation with our state and national associations, has one of the most productive Government affairs programs. Our government affairs department looks out for the well being of both REALTORS® and consumers.
In order to make sure our members are conducting business in a professional and ethical manner PCBOR has an extensive professional standards program that handles professional ethics training as well as mediation.
Annually, the board awards scholarships to Members and their families, amounts and number of awards vary year to year.
The Board office has REALTOR® supplies and real estate related products are available at our office location.
Designed for Members, or other agents, who no longer wish to actively engage in the business, it was established in 2004. This network enables you to become a referral agent and pay less in fees, yet be able to still earn commissions.
