Education / Information Sessions
If you would like to host an educational event at our board office we welcome you to do so at no charge in our upstairs facility! There is limited availability and it is a first come / first serve annual scheduling. This is an opportunity for you to bring exposure and awareness of your company and services you offer. We will promote the event for you via email broadcasting and social media to assist you. Optionally, we can provide you with company mailing labels for a mailing promotion. *These events must be scheduled at least 45 days in advance with the Board.* Fire Code Restrictions will dictate number of attendees. Affiliate member is responsible for flyer content and Board is responsible for registrations. This is to get your name and face out there with your fellow members! Optionally, you may provide a Breakfast or a "Lunch & Learn" event which are focused, informative and allows our Affiliate Member to position themselves as an industry expert and credible source.
Mixer & Business Card Exchanges
Most months, the Board hosts Mixer Business Card Exchanges at select establishments. We invite our Affiliate Members to sponsor these events. The rate that will apply to your sponsorship depends on exclusivity. There are a limited number of sponsorships. These events are well attended and appreciated by Members.
Networking / Vendor Tables
We invite you to set up, at no additional charge, a networking table at all of our quarterly membership meetings and our Circle of Excellence Award Event.
Digital / Printable Promotions
Get listed and linked from our web site, www.pcbor.com on our printable Affiliate Directory. This Directory is distributed several times per year to all Members.
Affiliates are invited to sponsor a variety of annual events including, but not limited to, Circle of Excellence Award Luncheon, Triple Play Hospitality Reception, Installation and Holiday Gala, New Member Orientations, Charity Golf Outing and select educational events. We promote your sponsorship with email broadcasting, company links to you and your company in our promotions, signs at the event, formal introductions to membership, exclusive networking table and follow up recognition in our publications. This is a very cost effective way of advertising to 2,000 agents and 200 Broker / Managers.
Any affiliate member who wishes for us to display their business cards and / or company brochures business promotional items may bring them into the board office and we will have them prominently displayed for membership use.
New Member Orientation
Each month we have new member orientation to welcome our new members. We invite Affiliate Members to sponsor the orientation with bagels and coffee. We will provide a network table for you and allow you a few moments at the beginning to make a formal introduction. The orientation is approximately 4.5 hours held at our board office. 10-12 spots are available annually on a first come / first serve basis.
Affiliate Membership Representation on Select Committees
Each year we allow affiliate members to participate on specific Board committees.
We welcome any suggestions you may have as well as your participation. This is a membership that needs your visibility so it can work for you. Your input and participation will make the difference!
