Education Policy

PCBOR Event Terms and Conditions

Every class and event, complimentary or paid admission, requires an online registration unless otherwise indicated. Walk-Ins or unregistered Members are not permitted at most classes and events.

Cancellation Policy

Complimentary Classes, Events and New Member Orientation require 48 hour cancellation notice. Paid classes require a cancellation of  7 business days.


You may cancel your reservation within seven (7) business days of the event without penalty. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

No Shows

No shows for any registered event, complimentary class or New Member Orientation will be charged a $25 no show fee.


IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR CLASSES PLEASE BE ON TIME. Late comers, in most cases, will not be permitted to enter the education room after session has begun. If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of class you will not receive CE Credit. This is a rule of the NJ Real Estate Commission and a policy of PCBOR.

Transfer Policy

You may not transfer your reservation to another Member without the expressed permission of the Board. The Board maintains a stand-by wait list of members by date of their reservations. The wait list will be accommodated first.

Payment by Check

Within three business days of your reservation, you must submit your check to confirm your reservation. If the Board does not receive payment within the three business days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. There will be a fee administered by the board for all return checks.

Sponsored Classes

Sponsors are provided with contact information for attendees at the events they sponsor.

Confirmation of Registration

You must bring a copy of your registration receipt to the event you are attending as proof of reservation.
