Cancellation Policies

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY


If a snow / dangerous weather advisory are issued, classes/events may be cancelled. Our best judgment call will be made the evening prior to the event and posted on the home page of the Board’s website if the class/event is to be cancelled.

A new date will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Any payment received for a class or event can either be applied to another class or refunded upon request.

Even though classes or events are canceled, PCBOR® will attempt to remain open for business. Please call first if you are planning to travel to PCBOR® to ensure that we are in a position to meet your needs.

If a snow or weather emergency is declared, PCBOR® will be closed.

GENERAL EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Every event, whether complimentary or paid admission require an online registration unless otherwise indicated. Walk-Ins or unregistered Members are not permitted at most events.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation within seven (7) business days of the event without penalty. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

Transfer Policy

You may not transfer your reservation to another Member without the expressed permission of the Board. The Board maintains a stand-by wait list of members by date of their reservations. The wait list will be accommodated first.

Payment by Check

Within three business days of your reservation, you must submit your check to confirm your reservation. If the Board does not receive payment within the three business days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

No Shows

No shows for any registered event may be assessed a fee as determined by the Board. This will be advertised with the event registration in advance.

Confirmation of Registration

You must bring a copy of your registration receipt to the event you are attending as proof of reservation.

 

The above terms and conditions only apply to events which require payment.
