2017 Shows Optimism for Passaic County Real Estate

Wayne, NJ -- With 2016 proving to be an excellent year for real estate, 2017 is showing a promising year ahead for the market. The new year ushered in a new president, with President Trump proposing a tax plan that he believes will preserve the mortgage interest deduction. According to an NJ Realtor® report, the number of homes for sale went down dramatically in year-over-year comparisons. The days on market and months of supply also decreased.

Passaic County Board of REALTORS® Hosts its Annual Beefsteak Tricky Tray to Honor Local Veterans

Wayne, NJ -- The Passaic County Board of REALTORS® (PCBOR) held a fundraising event at The Brownstone on Oct. 13 that supported local veterans of the Armed Forces and their families. The PCBOR, which is a non-profit organization that represents REALTORS® from all throughout New Jersey, partnered with the Great Falls Rotary Foundation for the event.

PCBOR Introduces New Leaders to Organization at Annual Gala

Wayne, NJ -- The Passaic County Board of Realtors (PCBOR) will be holding its yearly Membership Gala at the Westmount Country Club on Dec. 15, 2016. The event will take place from 6:30-11 p.m. and is expected to have over 200 attendees.

PCBOR Raises over $25,000 for Local Military Families

Wayne, NJ -- The Passaic County Board of REALTORS® (PCBOR) has raised over $25,000 for partnering organization, the Great Falls Rotary Foundation. For the past two years, the two local organizations have worked together to raise money and awareness for Veteran families in surrounding communities. The Rotary Foundation has been acknowledged worldwide for its humanitarian efforts and its active volunteering duties throughout the neighborhood for the less fortunate and for helping military families in need.

PCBOR members work with Habitat for Humanity for the first time to build home in West Milford, NJ.

Wayne, NJ, September 15, 2016– An estimated 50 Passaic County Board of Realtors (PCBOR) members, along with non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity, worked from early morning to midday to help build a home in West Milford, NJ.
