"The goal is to make every REALTOR® association
across America, Campaign Headquarters for homeownership
and private property rights." - Dale Stinton, Former CEO NAR
The central goal of the Passaic County Board of REALTORS® Advocacy Committee is to provide resources for you—the Members—so that you can increase your involvement in our communities and the political process. Using the programs, publications, classes and grants, we can effectively engage REALTORS® in our community and demonstrate the value of REALTORS®.
The Advocacy Committee, addresses two central components of making the connection to REALTORS® on how political issues and community policies can affect their businesses. Our community programs help members become experts on housing opportunity, smart growth and diversity. Our political programs lead members into the fight to protect real estate issues legislatively, encouraging them to become their own advocates as part of the REALTOR® Party.
What is the REALTOR® Party?
We are the REALTOR® Party: An energized movement of real estate professionals fighting to keep the dream of homeownership alive for this country.
Now more than ever, it is critical for REALTORS® across America to come together and speak with one voice about the stability a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to our communities. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, our elected officials are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their customers. Through the support of REALTORS® like you, the REALTOR® Party represents your interests.
If you have a community issue you would like to bring to the attention of the association, please contact Michelle Perrone Epstein. (973.305.1100)
